Cell Stringer

We offer stringers with designed capacity from 1500 cells/h to 9000 cells/h with customized busbars(BB) ranging from 5BB to 20BB

Auto Bussing

It can finish the whole set of processes, including grabbing, straightening, cutting, trimming and welding of busbar. Upgrading of single/double line bypass welding function is supported. Overall welding yield: ≥98%; cell breakage rate: ≤0.2‰.

Non-Destructive Cell Cutting Machine (NDC)

We provide Cell cutting machine with design capacity from 3600 pcs/h to 7200 pcs/h. our machine is compatible to PERC, Topcon, HIT and IBC. We provide precision of +/- 0.1mm with rejection ration less than 0.05%.

Auto Glass Loader

Servo motor + driven by gear and rack; high positioning precision and high stability; Glass sucker is made of imported PU and leaves no any trace when sucking glass; The glass sucking clamp is capable of vacuum detection so as to prevent glass from dropping in the grabbing process.

Auto Taping Machine

Paste tape between cell strings to avoid displacement. Designed with capacity to achieve CT of 23s with breakage ratio less than 0.01%.
